Seller identification

NOVA Studio is the product's trading name. Intended seller and person responsible for sales: Oscar Marrero Hidalgo, an individual based in Uruguay. A business address, tax identification and customer-service contact will be published before purchases are enabled.

Product & duration

NOVA Studio is Windows software with visual and configurable tools. A personal 30-day digital license costs UYU 1,000. It does not renew automatically.

Payments

Checkout will redirect to Mercado Pago. The amount and currency appear before payment. Returning to the site does not confirm payment: the server checks the processor before issuing a license.

Information collected

To process an order, we request your name and email address. Once sales are enabled, we will also record the order ID, payment provider, amount, payment status, issue date, and associated license. NOVA Studio will not request or store full bank card information.

Delivery

After verifying payment, NOVA will contact its license system to issue digital access. The key will appear on a private page and, once email delivery is configured, an email with the license and a non-tax commercial receipt will be sent.

Security

Provider credentials and the administrative token will be stored only as server secrets. Delivery links contain a private identifier and should not be shared. Licenses are stored encrypted on the server.

Still required before launch

The intended seller is identified as Oscar Marrero Hidalgo. We still need to confirm the business address, tax registration and consumer-support contact, together with software terms of use, the digital-goods cancellation and refund policy, privacy and data retention information, tax treatment, and final support and download instructions. Payments remain blocked until these have been reviewed.
